We strive to offer same or next day shipping on all orders. In case we do not have your desired item in stock ready to go, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. This time is needed for us to make your item, pack and ship it.
We do our best to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into 2 or more packages. This is caused by different manufacturing locations. In this case you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
In most cases, customs fees do not apply. The customer is responsible for all customs fees should this happen. Please contact your local customs agency for more information.
We offer 45-days order protection. If you don’t receive your order within 45 days since it was shipped, we will issue you a full refund or send you another item of the same model.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?
If you ordered different items in 1 order, it could be that your items will be delivered in separate deliveries as we have different warehouses. So don't worry if you receive only a part of your order, the rest will be delivered later.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee - which means we will refund your money if the product is not as described on the item page and/or broken within 14 days after delivery.
